Items are based on first payment basis and will go to those who had made payment first.

All items are priced in SGD and are strictly non negotiable.

Kindly ensure you check your purchases listed prior to sending the email as no refund or exchange will be allowed once payment has been made.
All payment to be made via bank transfer from DBS/POSB accounts only. (Internet transfer is strongly encouraged for record purposes).
Strictly no meet up for collection of items unless otherwise stated.
We will not held responsible in the event of any loss/damage sent via normal postage. All postage charges to be borne by the buyer and must be paid together with the purchase price of all items.
PrettyShop reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notices.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Defected / Received Wrong Item:

If the event that you received a defective item, please email us at prettyshop@live.com stating your name, address, item name, and the reason for return, and whether you want a refund or replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
